The police found a rifle and a hunting gun in a Transcarpathian’s house (PHOTOS)

At the moment, the man, whose house was searched, is under investigation into a burglary. Now, he has also been found in possession of unregistered weapons

Tyachiv police have initiated an investigation into illegal possession of weapons. According to investigators, the resident of the village of Velyka Uholka suspected of burglaries was keeping a plain-barreled hunting gun and a rifle at his place. The illegal weapons without permits were found by the city police investigators during a search conducted under the sanction of an investigating judge.

Criminal proceeding over the incident has been opened under Article 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Illegal use of weapons, ammunition or explosives).
