According to our information from our sources, in the administrative building there are about one hundred police officers who, among other things, guard the office of the head of the RSA.
Four dozen police officers blocked themselves in the building of the RSA. The building is also guarded by officers of "Berkut". All employees of the administration were released after 12:00. Currently, the policemen allow only to leave the building, letting nobody in. In the office, the Governor Ledyda is with the regional police chief Vasyl Vartsaba.
