In Mukachevo, during a family quarrel, a 63-year-old man beat his 43-year-old son-in-law with a stick. The next day, the victim died in the hospital intensive care.
The attacker was notified of being suspected, the choice of a pre-trial restraint is being decided.
On November 26, Mukachevo police received a report from doctors that a 43-year-old resident of Mukachevo with a contused brain and multiple fractures of the skull had been delivered to them. The victim died in intensive care from the injuries.
The victim himself was repeatedly convicted. He was a heavy drinker and bad-tempered. As the law enforcement officers found out, late in the evening on November 25, a family quarrel arose between the victim and his 63-year-old father-in-law.
One thing led to another, and the men began fighting. The drunk son-in-law grabbed an ax and wiped it at the father-in-law. However, the man managed to take away the ax, punched the son-in-law in the stomach and told him to go to bed. In the morning, the father-in-law saw that the son-in-law was bleeding and told her daughter to call an ambulance.But the victim died in intensive care…
The police started criminal proceeding over inflicting grievous bodily injuries that caused the death of the victim (Art.121, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The 63-year-old resident of Mukachevo was notified of being suspected of a crime.
The choice of a pretrial restraint is being decided.
