This year marks the 125th anniversary of the founder of the Transcarpathian school of painting Adalbert Erdelyi. On this occasion, the Transcarpathian Regional Ukrainian Drama Theater will show in Mukachevo the play about an outstanding artist "A good summer in Paris." (The author of the play is Oleksander Havrosh, the director is People’s Artist Anatoly Filippov).
After all, life of Adalbert Erdelyi was closely connected with Mukachevo. He spent his childhood years there, his parents lived in a house near the house. Erdelyi was even the director of Mukachevo school in the early years of Czechoslovakia. Then, the artist moved to Uzhgorod, which became the capital of the region.
The play "A good summer in Paris" will be shown in Mukachevo Regional Theater of Drama and Comedy on Friday, July 1, at 18.00. And at 17.00, in the building of the theater, there will be a meeting of the management of Uzhgorod theater with journalists.
There will also be the presentation of Oleksandr Havrosh book’s "Mystery of Erdelyi," which was published recently at the publishing house of Oleksandr Harkusha.
