The VIII International Youth Festival of Organ Music named after Natalia Vysich, which started in the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic on September 13, is nearing completion.
This year’s program of the event was rich as ever – 8 diverse concerts with both local musicians and guests from other cities in Ukraine and abroad. Uzhgorod organists are preparing two final festival concerts.
In particular, September 29, the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic invites to the concert of Olga CHUNDAK (organ) and the Philharmonic Brass Orchestra (director – Honored Artist of Ukraine Volodymyr SPIVAK).
The program includes works by Marshan, Buxtehude, Bach, Hedik, Dianov, Lebedyev. Arranged for organ and brass band by Honored Artist of Ukraine Volodymyr Kononchuk. The presenter – Katerina KERECHANYN. The concert starts at 18.30.
