On Thursday, April 30, at 12.00, the honorary Order of Maria Theresa will be awarded for the first time on the initiative of the founders of the first private park in Ukraine, with the opening of which Uzhgorod residents received an overview panorama of the main hallmark of the city – the Cathedral, and a place for various performances and ceremonials was also established.
This year, the Commander of the Order is a known Uzhgorod resident Olena Kaminska – the founder, leader, inspirer and chief ideologue of the modern dance studio "Blitz".
The award ceremonial will be conducted by Serhiy Kvit, the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine and Alen Panov, the founder of the Maria Theresia Park.
The Order of Maria Theresia will be awarded to citizens who have made a significant contribution to the development or Uzhgorod or Transcarpathian region. The award is founded by the Panov family.
