The office of the Security Service in Ukraine in the Transcarpathian region is headed by Major General Hennadiy Hryshchenko

December 11 this year the Deputy Head of the Security Service of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Volodymyr Porodko introduced to the staff of the office of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Transcarpathian region the new chief – Major General Hennadiy Hryshchenko, who was appointed to this position by the Order of the President of Ukraine dated December 7, 2012.
The event was also attended by the head of the Regional State Administration Oleksandr Ledyda, Regional Council Chairman Ivan Baloha, regional prosecutor Anatoly Petrunya and Head of the Interior Ministry in Transcarpathian region Vasyl Vartsaba.
Hennadiy Hryshchenko has two degrees – military and legal. He has been working in public safety for over 20 years. During the service he has gone from the operative to the head of the regional body. Prior to his appointment he had headed the office of the Security Service of Ukraine in Ivano-Frankivsk region – informed the press group of the Office of the MIA in Transcarpathian region.
