Volodymyr Havryliuk is a native of Lviv, has been working in the prosecution for fifteen years. He began his career as an assistant prosecutor of Terebovlia district, Ternopil region. In 2001, Volodymyr Havryliuk began working in the prosecution of Lviv region, including the position of a deputy public prosecutor at the district level. Prior to his appointment as the Prosecutor of Uzhgorod, Volodymyr Havryliuk was the Deputy City Prosecutor in Chervonograd.
In Uzhgorod, he headed the city prosecution office in 2014, and in 2015 he worked at the GPU, in the department of investigation of particularly important cases, among other cases, he investigated the "Mukachevo shooting".
Prior to the appointment as the prosecutor of Transcarpathian region, he worked at the Special Anti-Corruption Prosecution Office
