The Narcissus Valley in Transcarpathia has started blooming (PHOTOS, VIDEO)

The flowering of the Narcissus Valley in the Kireshi tract on the outskirts of Khust in Transcarpathia has almost reached its peak.

This is evidenced by the photos of the Ukrinform photojournalist.

As reported on the page of the Carpathian Biosphere Reserve on Facebook, anyone, who wants to see this natural miracle, can still do it this weekend, May 5-6.

According to the information posted on Facebook by journalist Alla Hayatova, one third of the flowers of the Narcissus Valley still have buds. So, tourists still have the opportunity to admire this gem of Transcarpathia.

The period of flowering of Transcarpathian daffodils depends on the weather. This year, it was delayed because of the cold in March, and usually first flowers appear before the May holidays.

The price of ticket to the Narcissus Valley during the flowering period is 25 UAH for adults, 20 UAH for students, 15 UAH for schoolchildren.

Recall that the reserved area "Narcissus Valley" is a part of the UNESCO international network of biosphere reserves. It is the largest habitat of the rare narcissus in Central Europe. The valley area is 256.5 hectares. The protected area is located 4 kilometers east of the city of Khust in Transcarpathian region.
