On Friday, July 12, at the Regional State Administration, they honored the graduates who scored the highest number of points at this year’s external independent testing. The meeting was attended by the Head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Oleksandr Ledyda, deputy head of the region Ivan Kachur, the director of Education, Youth and Sports Department Marianna Klyap, the rector of Uzhgorod National University Fedir Vashchuk, the parents of the graduates.
In 2013, eight Transcarpathian graduates managed to get the highest scores at the EIT. Vitaly Trachuk, a graduate of Uzhgorod school number 15, achieved the maximum result in three subjects: Ukrainian language and literature, history of Ukraine, world history. This year, in Ukraine there are only six such pupils.
Congratulating the smartest students, the Governor wished them to multiply and develop their talents and to apply their knowledge appropriately by choosing a future profession.
– This is the result of our hard work – Vitaly Trachuk addressed the audience. – I wish you all, and myself in particular, to find the right path in life and conquer new heights.
It has already become a tradition to honor the best students in the region, talented young men and women received gifts.
