Ministry of Justice introduced a "hot line" by which citizens can be advised about state registration of rights to real estate and land under the new rules.
Such hotlines have been set up in the capital city and every region of the country, according to the website of the Ministry.
In the Transcarpathian region advice is provided by:

As you know, as of January 1 in Ukraine, for the purpose of official state recognition and acknowledgment of the fact of emergence, transition or termination of rights to real property, and encumbrance of such rights a new system of state registration of rights is introduced.
