The photographer captured the watch that belongs to the Minister of Emergency Situations during the Cabinet of Ministers meeting on April 11. It turned out that Viktor Baloga uses the democratic model of the watch which costs nearly $ 200, reports the newspaper ‘Ukrainska pravda’. This is the Jacque Lemans quartz watch.
Nevertheless cameras did not omit the initials embroidered on the cuff of the Minister’s shirt having noted that ‘VB’ monogram in Latin letters is difficult to decode differently.
