Today, a number of Transcarpathian online publications published reports that a soldier of the 128th mountain infantry brigade Sabov Ruslan had been killed yesterday, which is not true. The source of the information was a post in the social network Facebook.
In actuality, sergeant Ruslan Sabov, born in 1977, was killed on February 19, 2015 in the city of Debaltseve in Donetsk region during the shelling by pro-Russian militants. He was buried on March 2, 2015 in the town of Velyky Berezny.
By the Decree of the President of Ukraine №282 / 2015 of 23.05.15, he was awarded the Order "For courage" of the III degree (posthumously) "for personal courage and professionalism found in the defense of national sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, loyalty to the military oath".
