First, the deputies discussed the issue of taking urgent measures to restore combat capability, moral and psychological spirit of the soldiers of the 128th separate mountain infantry brigade and the removal of social tension in the region.  As noted by Yevhen Pilhuy, the acting commander of the 128th separate mountain infantry brigade, 2,158 soldiers have come to Transcarpathia on leave. 334 of them are wounded and undergoing rehabilitation. Soldiers require the extension of leave because the continued stay in the ATO area, numerous losses in battles and intensity of the fightings affected their morale. Regarding the provision of the Transcarpathian brigade with military equipment, it amounts to 45 percent.  And it needs to be updated. Therefore, the soldiers are not yet ready to restore combat capability and performance of assigned tasks and need more time to prepare.

V.Chubirko assured that Transcarpathian authorities, deputies of different levels, the community are making every effort to continue to support our soldiers.   Therefore, the deputies immediately sent to the senior management of the state the appeal, in which the demand to investigate and assess the actions of the General Staff on its inaction, which led to massive losses in the Transcarpathian 128th Brigade in Debaltseve.

After the most sensitive topic, the deputies had to do a lot of work in accordance with the agenda.
