The Mayor suggests to dismantle summer terraces during “off-season”

During the consideration of the issue of permits for the arrangement of summer terraces and pavilions, the executive committee had an idea to deal with terraces that are empty during "off-season" period.
"During the cold season many terraces are empty, do not work, but are not dismantled and clutter up the city, standing in the way of pedestrians" – said Mayor Victor Pogorelov and ordered the appropriate services to provide for the dismantling of those objects, which do not have permits for off-season periods.

"Today, in the afternoon you have to inspect everything," – said the mayor. By the protocol order, the executive committee also instructed to inform owners of "off-season" terraces of dismantling.
