The mayor’s office complain about the “bus audacity” (PHOTOS)

Yesterday, June 10, the driver of a bus Uhlya-Uzhgorod parked his huge vehicle right on the road near the intersection on Svoboda Avenue (by the "Uzhgorod" gallery) – such message with the corresponding picture was sent from the City Council.

The mayor’s office complain: "During the rush hour, the bus was standing on the road about 40 minutes, creating congestion, while the driver was going about his business. This is not the only case when drivers park vehicles on city streets, completely ignoring the traffic rules and disregarding other drivers. We hope the police will find the offender and punish him according to the law."

The last sentence looks somewhat surprising, though, because in the City Hall there is the municipal police department, which also could have responded to the violation … However, we are pleased that the municipality are also concerned about illegal parking.
