Namely, for all services (including telephone and gas companies) to carry out inventory of their communications, and urgently close all wells without covers.
He said that it must be fulfilled by October 25. "If you fail to fulfill the order, managers will be brought to justice."
Also, the mayor noted that some responsible managers do not even know their communication layouts. By the way, the Department of Municipal Economy headed by Kasperov had received instructions to take inventory and "solve the problem" long time ago. Now we can see how it has been done.
