The Mayor of Uzhgorod has neither home nor car (declaration)

There are multiple dashes in the columns of dwellings and vehicles in the declaration of the Mayor of Uzhgorod Viktor Pogorelov and his wife. Each of them has a piece of plot – 900 square meters and 978.
In the declaration there are also some mysterious nearly 38000 and a little more than 23000 UAH, which Viktor Vladymyrovych and his wife received as ‘other type of income’. The Mayor’s salary is almost 142 and a half thousand hryvnia for the whole 2011, and his wife’s – 21,5 thousand hryvnia. They both received the financial aid of almost 11 and 12.5 thousand hryvnia last year.
Apparently the Pogorolov’s family trusts to banks – Viktor Vladymyrovych keeps in the financial institution more than 55 thousand, which he put there last year, and his wife – a bit more than 30 thousand.
