The maniac, who kills animals on Uzhgorod streets, has been arrested

We wrote about the Uzhgorod maniac – the killer of animals, whose new crime was reported by an Uzhgorod resident. The story had further development. According to the press service of the patrol police, on May 21, at about 15:40, Uzhgorod patrol police received a call about animal cruelty on Petofi Square. They

 arrived at the scene and found the applicant there. The woman reported that an unknown man had killed a dog and run towards the city center. The applicant also described the offender.

The policeman inspected the entire central part of the city and surrounding areas, but the man was not found. Yet, patrol policemen identified the offender and reported about him.

The same day, around 18:30, policemen found the suspect on Fedynets street near a cafe. The man was arrested immediately and taken to Uzhgorod city police department to establish all the circumstances of the incident.

Recall that in February the monster, who had cut off a dog’s head, was realesed under his own recognizance. Law enforcement authorities will decide what the punishment will be this time. We are definitely going to follow the developments.
