During the period from 18.06.2018 to 09.07.2018, employees of the UkrTransSec department in Transcarpathian region detected 274 violations regarding carriers’ compliance with the requirements of the European agreement on the work of crews engaged in international road haulage, drew up 62 acts of compliance with the legislation on road transport.
The most commonly encountered violations are operation of vehicles engaged in international road transportation of goods without daily work schedule registration sheets, with the control device disabled, violation of the work and rest schedule. Of those:
Belarus – 38 violations; Bulgaria – 23 violations; Italy – 8 violations; Macedonia – 6 violations; Poland – 2 violations; Russia – 58 violations; Romania – 59 violations; Serbia – 32 violations; Slovakia – 8 violations; Turkey has 6 violations; Hungary – 3 violations; Croatia – 1 violation; Czech Republic – 30 violations.
