The leadership of the region appealed to the Interfaith Spiritual Council of Transcarpathia in connection with the spread of COVID – 19

The First Deputy Head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Oleh Kotsyuba appealed to the head of the Interfaith Spiritual Council of Transcarpathia, Bishop of the Transcarpathian Reformed Church Oleksandr Zan-Fabian:

"Given the difficult epidemiological situation in the region, we ask the members of the Interfaith Spiritual Council of Transcarpathia to ensure compliance with the statutory quarantine restrictions related to the spread of COVID – 19 during church services, etc."

Bishop Barsunuphius, for example, ordered that in places with the red level of epidemic danger no more than 20 believers can be present in churches during services, they must keep a distance of at least one and a half meters, use disinfectants and wear protective masks
