The issue of “privatization” of communal property was removed from the agenda

At the session Uzhgorod city council, today, September 24, draft decisions concerning the privatization of communal property were removed from the agenda.

It was done after the speech of activist Yuriy Svitlyk, who drew attention of the prosecutor of Transcarpathia Zareva to the resolution of the public hearing on the moratorium on land allocation. He also noted that the public was against such decisions. 

In the hall, people were chanting "Shame".

Deputy Oleksandr Doktor suggested not to include the issue of privatization to the agenda of the session. 

The issue of privatization of communal property was taken off the agenda of the session.
