The GPO sent to the court the indictment regarding the defendants in the “Mukachevo case”

"On 24.06.2016, the Main Investigation Department of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine jointly with the Department of Procedural Control of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine completed the pre-trial investigation and sent to the court the indictment regarding four members of the "Right Sector", who, during 2014 – 2015, being members of the gang, committed a series of serious crimes, including the terrorist attack in the city of Mukachevo in 11.07.2015, which caused the death of a person, and other crimes in Lviv and Transcarpathian regions.

The pre-trial investigation regarding the other five suspected members of the gang, who are being wanted, is ongoing.
These serious crimes entail criminal liability in the form of life imprisonment and imprisonment for up to 15 years with confiscation of property.

Recall that last year in Mukachevo, near the health and sports club "Antares", there was shooting, during which two people were killed.
