On October 3, 2018, at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, they adopted the Resolution 823 "Some issues of submission and registration of the declaration of conformity to statutory requirements for small producers of wine products", which approved the form declaration of conformity to statutory requirements for small producers of wine products and the procedure for its submission and registration, which will simplify the process of obtaining licenses for small producers of wine products.
The simplified procedure for obtaining a license will ensure the development of small businesses in the fields of horticulture, beekeeping and viticulture, will reduce the monopolization of the wine market and expand the production of quality Ukrainian competitive products, get agricultural enterprises, private entrepreneurs interested in the restoration and expansion of vineyards, planting fruit and berry crops, increasing the number of bee colonies.
Please note that the above-mentioned resolution came into force on the day it was published – on October 13, 2018 (newspaper Uriadovy Kurier No. 193).
