The government has refused to raise teachers’ salaries

Raise of teachers’ salaries was scheduled by the Groysman government back in 2019. However, the current government has decided to postpone it at least until 2022.

The Cabinet of Ministers suspended the government resolution "On remuneration for pedagogical, scientific-pedagogical and scientific employees of educational and scientific institutions" until December 31, 2021. The relevant decision was adopted at an extraordinary government meeting on November 23. The document is published on the Government Portal.
