Dmytro Kuleba, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, announced that the intergovernmental meeting in Budapest, which was going to be canceled due to the coronavirus epidemic, may take place, the MyHungary.Net informs.
“Of course, under the current circumstances we cannot meet physically in Budapest on March 26, as planned. But we agreed to hold it in videoconference mode. That is, the event is not canceled, but it will take place remotely,” – the Foreign Minister said after talking with his Hungarian counterpart Peter Szijjarto. For the Ukrainian party, holding this meeting is necessary to unblock Ukraine-NATO cooperation. It is also known that the meeting should facilitate the organization of a meeting between the leaders of the two states – Viktor Orban and Volodymyr Zelensky.
