The first three-day festival-competition “Battle of the Carvers” has started in the village of Velyky Bychkiv (PHOTOS)

According to the organizers, 17 best carvers from all over Western Ukraine came to the festival of wooden sculptures in Transcarpathia. During three days, on the territory of the local boarding school, they will be working on the sculptures, which will become the first Alley of Carving.

And on Saturday, there will be a spectacular competition, during which each master will get a piece of wood and the same timeframe, within which they will have to make a sculpture.
