The first in the region service center for natural gas consumers opened in Uzhgorod, at Pogorelov street, 2. From now on, nearly 63.5 thousand inhabitants of Uzhgorod and Uzhgorod district can quickly and efficiently receive advice and perform all the necessary operations: from paying for services to receiving specifications for connection to the gas supply network. High-quality service for customers of the "Zakarpathaz" will be provided by qualified personnel of the company.
The center, which operates in the "open space" format, provides comfortable environment for customers: spacious room, nice interior, comfortable waiting area, children playground, opportunity to take advantage of online services. In particular, there is an e-queue terminal, monitors for registration at the web service "My Account" and gas payment terminals. If necessary, the Center consultants are always ready to show customers how to use them. In addition, for the convenience of people with disabilities, there is a special ramp in the Center.
One of the innovations of the Center is automated electronic queue. Uzhgorod residents have already taken advantage of the innovation and appreciated its benefits.
