Tsvigun Vitaliy Borysovych will probably become one of the deputies of the newly appointed head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Oleksiy Petrov.
This is evidenced by the 2019 income statement of the candidate for this position submitted by him on May 7, 2020.
Also. on May 7, at the meeting of O. Petrov with representatives of Transcarpathian media, which was attended by a representative of the Zakarpattya online, the head of the regional state administration said that the new deputies would not be local.
Meanwhile, on Sunday, May 10, journalist Vitaliy Glagola, citing his own sources, reported on his Telegram channel that Petrov had decided to replace two deputy heads of the Transcarpathian regional state administration – Oleksiy Hetmanenko and Olga Travina.
However, according to the Zakarpattya online, another deputy head of the Transcarpathian regional state administration, Igor Shynkaryuk, will keep his job.
Vitaliy Tsvigun is not from Transcarpathia. His place of residence is Kyiv, where he owns an apartment with an area of 50.5 sq. m.
V.Tsvigun has 25,430 dollars and 215,000 hyvnias on bank accounts.
It is known that he worked for more than a year as the deputy head / director of the branch "Production Support Center" of the "Ukrzaliznytsya" PJSC. He later participated in the development of the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement" and full support of the launch of the "ProZorro" system from the pilot project to the government system of public e-procurement. He later worked as the director of the special exporters division at the Ukroboronprom, from where he was fired in 2019.
