"The first "Dog Rally" is taking place in Uzhgorod, near the city hall. After people have been living with the problem of open manholes in the city for years, the dogs have decided to take the matter in their paws.
As previously reported, the outraged dogs had repeatedly complained about open manholes and the danger of walking in the city. Later, the Vodokanal of the city published the list of streets with open manholes, thereby causing even more indignation. The dogs surrounded the city hall and appealed to the authorities with the demand to immediately allocate money and to close all manholes.
According to one of the organizers of the dog rally – Rex, the dogs are not going to let the deputies out of the city hall until all manholes in the city are closed. Also Rex asks active people of the city to assist in solving this problem", – this is how Serhiy Kobelyash humorously commented on a photo posted by Serhiy Denisenko on Facebook, where the latter asked to come up with a funny caption.
Of course, this is a joke. But how plausible it is! Therefore, the question remains open: why did the dogs gather near the city hall of Uzhgorod?
