The participants of the event traditionally marched from Sandor Petofi Square to the intersection of Korzo and Augustin Voloshin streets. The barrel of Transcarpathian Beaujolais was carried by knights in armor, which created a special atmosphere at the holiday. A medieval dance with fire was also presented to the audience.
The mayor of Uzhgorod Bohdan Andriyiv welcomed residents and guests of the city at the festival and invited to visit this weekend a fair and concert, which will feature famous bands of the region: "Rock-H", "Antsya", "Vandor".
Recall that on Saturday and Sunday, a festive fair be taking place in Ferenc Rakoczi Street and in the cellars of the historical and cultural center "Owl’s Nest", and in the evening – concerts featuring Transcarpathian stars.
