The final concert of the series “32 sonatas by Ludwig van Beethoven” (Announcement)

On June 15, there will be the final concert of the series "32 sonatas by Ludwig van Beethoven." This major project was conceived and implemented by the soloist of te Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic Society, Honored Artist of Ukraine Etella CHUPRYK.

During nine months, this extraordinary performer opened up before us the boundless world of Beethoven’s music, each time presenting piano sonatas from different creative periods of the German genius. The finale will be Sonata №28 in A major, Sonata №30 in E major and Sonata №32 in C minor. They all belong to the group of the composer’s "late sonatas" and are full of philosophical content, epic scale, and uniqueness.

The last, 32nd sonata is one of Beethoven’s greatest works. And for Etella Chupryk, every performance is a kind of confession. Our compatriot is completing now one of her largest projects. And apparently, she is already preparing for new creative challenges and victories. Perhaps, at the next concert, the pianist will share her future plans.
