From 28 to 31 of October 2016, with the support of Transcarpathian Regional State Administration, the Regional State Administration Department of Culture and the Department for Culture, Sports, Youth and Family of Uzhgorod City Council, a real celebration of children’s art – "Festival Marathon" – will be held in Uzhgorod.
More than 1,000 children from all over Ukraine will discover picturesque Uzhgorod and will be able to share their creativity with the Transcarpathian audience. Guests of the festival will see performances in singing, dance and instrumental art, workshops and discotheques, dance flash mob and fire shows, tours of picturesque corners of Transcarpathia, creative communication and most importantly – the awarding ceremony during the gala-concert of the "Festival Marathon".
The children will demonstrate their skills in dancing, singing and instrumental genre on the stage in front of a professional international jury consisting of prominent figures of culture and arts of Ukraine, Bulgaria, Moldova, Belarus and Slovakia.
