The Executive Committee is approved, the deputies continue considering “routine issues” (Updated)

At 10.45, by 42 votes, deputies of the city council approved new members of the Executive Committee and began considering "routine issues" that were not considered yesterday. 

Deputy Doktor (United Center) proposes to prolong the moratorium for free allocation of land to July 1, 2014. The issue was included to the agenda. 38 votes "for".

Deputy Stankovich proposes to reduce the number of deputy mayors, leaving only three. Shchadey gives orders to prepare a draft decision.

Voting for moratorium. Adopted by 44 votes "for". 

Mykola Shchadey, the chairman of the parent committee of the kindergarten № 30 says that the kindergarten became private and belongs to deputy Sokhanych. Educators lease it from the deputy. The lease agreement is valid until April 1. The land under the kindergarten belongs to the city and the building – to Sokhanych. He says that Sokhanych should not use the premises. He proposes to give Sokhanychu something else and to return the kindergarten to the city if the deputy agrees.

The deputy for this constituency Oleksandr Doktor proposes to establish a working group and to make a decision as to how to solve this problem.

The deputy Fedir Sokhanych (PR): says that he became changed after all he saw on the Maidan. He says that the kidergarten should belong to the community and children must learn there. He promises to return the kindergarten to the city. Applause. But he asks to consider that the kindergarten has a project documentation.

Decision number 1179 – Changes to the program "Drinking water". Voted as a basis. Voted as a whole – 44 votes "for". The draft decision is on the site of the City Council.

Decision number 1180 – The program for development of pre-school education. Adopted as a basis. Adopted as a whole – 44 votes "for" (the draft decision is on the site of the City Council).

Decision number 1181. The provision of land tax exemptions for "Uzhgorod" Airport. Taken as a basis. There is criticism – to deny tax exemption. Deputy Feyer (PR) emphasizes that tax exemption will allow airfield to work. He requests to sent it for revision. Deputy Nimchuk (UC) says that they requested documents, but the airport did not provide them. They decided to send the draft decision for revision – 45 votes "for". So, the City Council will determine whether to grant the airport land tax exemption.

Decision № 1184 – the infamous merger of Housing Areas 1 and 5. The "old" government proposed to eliminate Housing Area 1 and annex it to Housing Area 5.  The deputies decided to send the draft decision for revision – 45 votes "for".

Decision number 1189 – transfer of water supply systems to the balance sheet of the city. Adopted as a basis and as a whole – 43 votes "for"

Decision number 1186 – transfer of gas networks. Adopted as a basis and as a whole – 42 votes "for".

Decision number 1187 – transfer of the dormitory on Korytnyanska street to the city. Voted as a basis and as a whole – 43 votes "for".

Project number 1188 – decision on gas network – voted as a basis and as a whole.

Decision number 1189 – sales of a car by the municipality. Adopted as a basis and as a whole: 39 votes "for".
