The European Week of Mobility will be held in Uzhgorod

The European Week of Mobility is a pan-European initiative aimed at improving the environment and living conditions in the communities.

Every year, from September 16 to 22, it is celebrated in over 5,000 cities in Europe to show that the use of private cars needs to be reduced, and that of public transport and bicycles needs to be increased.

It was decided that the European Week of Mobility in Uzhgorod will be finished on the City Day, September 23. The events will be held starting from Saturday, September 16, and will include a variety of promotions, contests, bike rides for children of different ages, several schools will have "bike hours", where students be will told more about the "European Week of Mobility" and healthy way of life, drawing competition on this subject, etc.

Currently, they are collecting the proposals, which will then be consolidated, and a single program of- the European Week of Mobility will be formed.
