With a wide variety of carols, in bright national costumes, with all possible musical instruments and in those languages, that are prevalent in the region, and most importantly – with a festive mood and sincerity, Transcarpathia is caroling!
The festival "Carols in the Old Village" continues.
The best folklore groups from across the region – both children and adults – gathered in the Transcarpathian Regional Museum of Folk Architecture and Life.
In the exhibition houses, representing the folk architecture of their districts, they try to impress guests with carols, exciting performances and hospitality.
The holiday is rich in diversity – from Transcarpathian Hungarians and Romanians to representatives from low-lying districts and, of course, colorful highlanders.
Carols are sung in the old village with various voices!
