Uzhgorod city council and the carrier, that works on route 8 in Uzhgorod, immediately responded to the behavior of a driver, who was rude to passengers. The video with the driver’s words was published by the media, he has already been suspended from work, the legal procedural aspects of his dismissal are being settled.

Also city authorities inform that the decision on free transportation on city bus routes for students applies to all secondary schools located in Uzhgorod. The funds for the transportation of schoolchildren are not reimbursed to carriers from the city budget, it only applies to other categories of citizens who have benefits for transportation, there are about 26 thousand of them in Uzhgorod.
