The dream of Transcarpathian artists has come true

 By the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine №424, the Transcarpathian Art Institute has been renamed to the Transcarpathian Academy of Arts. This was reported to the Uzhgorod.in by the Rector Ivan Nebesnyk.
