At the regular session of Uzhgorod city council, the deputies plan to accept the dormitory at Jambul st., 50, with the living area of 6,880.8 square meters from the state to municipal ownership of the city, with subsequent transfer thereof into the operational management of the community organization – the house committee "Mriya-Uzh."
The deputies will instruct the Department of the Municipal Economy to take the necessary actions for the registration of communal ownership and delivery and acceptance of the dormitory.
This will be the end of a long saga – this dormitory was transferred to the company "Patent" in the single integrated complex, and people were defending their right for appartments in courts for years.
