In Uzhgorod, it is proposed to adopt a program for preparation of the development plan strategy of the city until 2025. This is stated in the draft decision of Uzhgorod City Council session, published on the official website of the City Hall.
As stated in the document, the purpose of the program is "the preparation of the development plan strategy of Uzhgorod until 2025. Objectives:
– preparation of a strategic plan for the development of Uzhgorod until 2025;
– training of the staff of the Strategic Plan Management Center;
– informing the public about major events and the strategic planning process."
The price of the plan is 210,000 UAH: 95 thousand is to be spent for drafting the Strategic Plan of the City Development; socio-economic analysis of the main trends of the city development for the period of 2008-2013 will cost 75 thousand, 40 thousand hryvnias will be spent for the sociological study of expectations and the profile of the city.
The money for the program is to be taken from the city budget.
