The deputy head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Ivan Duran was dismissed

The head of the Regional State Administration Igor Bondarenko dismissed Ivan Duran from the position of the first deputy head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration. 
According to Articles 6, 10 and 39 of the Law of Ukraine “On Local State Administrations”, Article 36, Clause 9 of the Labor Code of Ukraine, the head of the Regional State Administration Igor Bondarenko issued the Order No. 108-r of November 29, 2019 on the dismissal of Ivan Duran from the post of the first deputy head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration as of December 3, 2019 in connection with the termination of the office of the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration. By another Order No. 109-r of 29.11.2019, Igor Bondarenko appointed Oleksiy Hetmanenko as the first deputy head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration as of December 4, 2019, while dismissing him from the post of the deputy head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration, the press-service of the Transcarpathian RSA reported.
