In order to implement the Law of Ukraine "On restoration of rights of persons deported on ethnic grounds," the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, by the resolution dated November 12, 2014 № 643, approved the procedure for granting and withdrawing the status of persons deported on ethnic grounds.
The subdivision of Transcarpathian Regional Administration responsible within its competence for granting the status of persons deported on ethnic grounds is the Social Welfare Department of the RSA.
The responsible officer, under the allocation of responsibilities, shall be Chundak IL – the chief specialist of the division of industrial relations, state expertise of working conditions, organizational and staffing work of the Social Welfare Department of the RSA, tel. 03122 3-30-94.
