Transcarpathian volunteers sent soldiers in the ATO area food, equipment and hygiene equipment. In particular, the initiative groups of Uzhgorod and Mukachevo set out to buy an optical electronic device for visualization of temperature fields and temperature measurement. Local communities also help soldiers. Thus, residents of the village of Ilnytsia, Irshava District and members of the charity fund "Prosvita" collected and sent soldiers of the separate mountain infantry brigade necessary supplies: medicines, underwear, sets of uniforms and a large amount of food. Also, they sent drawings of orphans and disabled people made ​​from the heart and deep concern. Transcarpathians, who live abroad, also contributed to the volunteer movement. Recently friends from Finland gave the soldiers in the war zone two monoculars and night vision sights.
