The court imposed pre-trial restraint on the Transcarpathians

Darnytskyi court of Kiev has imposed a pre-trial restraint on the second man detained in a car with explosives.

According to the correspondent of the TSN from the courtroom, Evheniy Honcharenko was sentenced to detention with the possibility of being released on UAH 256 thousand bail. The same pre-trial restraint was imposed on Yaroslav Pavlyshynets at the hearing, which was held this afternoon.

Recall that on November 12, in Kyiv, the police detained a car with 6.5 kg of explosives ready for use. The police officers noticed a suspicious car Volkswagen Passat with two people inside and decided to check it. The law enforcement officers found in the trunk five briquettes of plastid with a total weight of 6.5 kg and 10 electric detonators. The explosives were ready for use. According to People’s Deputy of Ukraine Victor Baloha, the detainees are residents of Mukachevo and may be related to People’s Deputy Mykhailo Lanyo.
