The court imposed a pre-trial restraint on the person responsible for the death of a schoolgirl in Transcarpathia

Today, on September 19, the Uzhgorod City and District Court considered the issue of pre-trial restraint for the driver of the Volkswagen, who killed a schoolgirl in Uzhgorod district. Today, the court imposed a pre-trial restraint on the 22-year-old foreigner. The man was taken into custody without the right of bail. The term of detention in a temporary detention facility is 2 months. During this time, investigators should establish all the circumstances of the tragic incident. After this, the court will review the evidence and determine the punishment for the detainee, the press service of the Uzhgorod City and District Court reported.  Recall that on September 17, the driver of the Volkswagen hit a 15-year-old girl and fled from the accident scene – the schoolgirl died on the spot!
