Late submission of the declaration was the reason for imposing a fine on the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Oleksiy Petrov

The Uzhgorod City and District Court of the Transcarpathian region fined the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Oleksiy Petrov for committing an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 172-6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, the Zakarpattya Online reported.

The amount of the fine was 850 hryvnias. The reason was the late submission of the declaration by the official.

The ruling has not yet entered into force, as lawyers have appealed the decision to the Transcarpathian Court of Appeal.

Later, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption drew up a report of administrative offense against the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Oleksiy Petrov and the mayor of Uzhgorod Bohdan Andriyiv. This was reported in the press service of the NAPC.
