The court denied F.Vashchuk in reinstatement as the rector of UzhNU

Earlier it was informed about the trial to reinstate F. Vashchuk as the rector of UzhNU.  

On March 25, the meeting of the court took place. Shevchenko district court of Kyiv, having examined in open court proceedings the case under the suit of F.Vashchuk to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on reinstatement on his post, decided to reject his claim to the MES to Ukraine with the participation of Uzhgorod National University to cancel the order, recognize the contract valid, reinstate him on his post and oblige to take action on accrual and payment of sums payable at dismissal and payment of average earnings for the period of delay of settlement at dismissal.
