The court began to consider whether to withdraw Andriy Baloha from the election campaign

In those moments in the Transcarpathian District Administrative Court, the hearing on the suit of the candidate to Transcarpathian regional council for the constituency No.5 Mykhailo Rusyn has begun. The plaintiff claims that Andriy Baloha is allegedly a member of the "New Generation of Ukraine Party" and thus the DEC had no right to register him as a candidate from the United Center.

The hearing started yesterday, but because of the absence of the plaintiff, it was postponed. Today, the plaintiff again failed to appear, his interests are represented by an attorney. The case is heard by the judge Ivanyushchynets.
 Journalists were allowed to observe the trial but barred to shoot on a video.

Upon the start of the trial, a 20 minute break was announced so that another representative of Andriy Baloha, Vasyl Helenych, who had registered at the hearing, could read the case file. It is expected, that the decision will be adopted today.
