Dear visitors, from May 12, we are gradually resuming the reception of citizens according to the following schedule in the following matters and in compliance with the relevant safety measures:
– We receive visitors for registration of birth and death, passports, identity cards, issuance of "D" type visas in limited quantities, from Monday to Thursday, from 9.00 to 16.00 (technical break from 13.00 to 14.00). On Fridays, only the collection and issuance of documents will be carried out from 9.00 to 12.00;
– reception of clients takes place only by appointment by phone !!!
– no more than three visitors can be in the waiting room at the same time! Compliance with this rule will be strictly monitored by our employees. You can wait in the park in front of the consulate building;
– temperature screening, hand disinfection, compliance with the 1.5-meter distance and mask wearing are required!
Except the above, we are not currently providing any other services!
