The consideration of the lawsuit of the former head of Uzhgorod perinatal center will be held later

Today, December 6, at the Uzhgorod District Court there was a meeting to consider the suit of the former head of Uzhgorod City Perinatal Center Ruslan Fedko against the Uzhgorod City Council.
In the appeal Mr. Ruslan demands to recognize the order of the Uzhgorod mayor on his dismissal illegal and restore him as the chief physician of the UCPC.
The meeting was attended by the plaintiff’s counsel and the representative of the legal department of the City Council. The latter asked the judge to adjourn the meeting for additional study of the documents. The next court sitting in this case is scheduled for December 10.
